In each session, we take a real business process from one of the participants — one that consumes their time every month — and redesign it live: analysis → you describe in your own words how the process should work → AI turns it into a working tool by the end of the session.

Is this a course?⌄
No. A course provides knowledge — here, we redesign your company's real business processes. In each strategic session, one executive's working process is taken and turned live into a working automation. Knowledge comes as a by-product of the work completed.
I am not a technical person. Will I definitely succeed?⌄
Yes. No programming is required: you describe the business logic in plain language, and AI writes the code. In the second session, you launch your first micro-automation in the browser with your own hands.
How is this different from hiring an AI contractor?⌄
A contractor does it for you — and you depend on them for every change. Here, you master the method yourself: after the program, you know how to go from "task → working product" without intermediaries and set realistic tasks for your team.
We already have a CTO and an IT department. Why do I need this?⌄
We are not replacing your development team. The program is about something else: executives get results for their own management tasks themselves — without waiting in the IT queue. A by-product: the tasks you give your IT department become clearer because you understand how it works from the inside.
Is it safe to give AI our data?⌄
We work on your tasks without requiring you to provide sensitive data. What can be sent to cloud AI services and what should be kept within the company — a separate program session (data security); test or anonymized data is used for sensitive processes. NDA — upon request.
