Bio

Three lengths for three places: a social announcement, the event programme, a press release.

Short — for announcements · ~50

Yaroslav Maxymovych is the founder of AI Advisory Board and a practitioner of AI adoption inside companies. He has given 429 hours of live sessions on artificial intelligence since January 2026, and shows on stage his own company, where 20 processes run without a human in the loop.

Medium — for the programme · ~100

Yaroslav Maxymovych is the founder of AI Advisory Board, a platform that turns artificial intelligence into part of a company's daily management. He is a practitioner rather than a commentator: everything he talks about is first implemented in his own business, where 20 processes now run without a human in the loop — from call analysis to content production. Since 1 January 2026 he has delivered 429 hours of live sessions on artificial intelligence. On stage he shows working systems and live demos instead of slides full of forecasts. He speaks in English and Ukrainian.

Long — for press releases · ~300

Yaroslav Maxymovych is the founder of AI Advisory Board, a platform built to make artificial intelligence part of how a company is run every day rather than a one-off experiment. He did not arrive at the subject from academia: he automated his own business first and only then began speaking about it publicly. Today around 20 processes in his company run without a human in the loop — transcription and analysis of every sales call, content production, knowledge-base management, client onboarding, internal analytics. That system is the main source of his case material: he shows not vendor slide decks but what broke in his own production last week and what it costs per month. Since 1 January 2026 he has delivered 429 hours of live sessions on artificial intelligence, from short conference keynotes to training and hands-on implementation sessions and multi-hour workshops where participants assemble a working prototype in the room. He speaks in English and Ukrainian, online and in person, across Ukraine and Europe. His core topics are where to start with AI adoption in a company of 30–500 people, how a digitised company works from the inside, AI in marketing and sales, vibe coding for non-programmers, and building company memory so that AI actually knows your business. The principle behind every talk is simple: no predictions about the future — only what already works, with numbers and a live demonstration.

Topics for your programme

Written to be pasted straight into a programme — title, short description, and what the audience takes away.

AI adoption in companies: what actually works and what does not

Not «AI will change everything», but a step-by-step path: where to start, which processes to hand over first, how to measure the effect, and where companies most often burn the budget. Real cases from Accenture, FedEx and Brex, plus four adoption steps that work in a company of 30–500 people.

A digitised company from the inside: 20 automated processes

I show my own company as an exhibit: which processes run without a human, what that costs per month, what breaks and how it gets fixed. This is not a product demo — it is a tour of a working system.

AI in marketing and content: a factory instead of freelancers

Automated article generation, an «industry Wikipedia» SEO strategy, and a content pipeline that turns video into shorts. With the architecture shown live, and an honest account of what happens when you publish 50 articles in one day.

AI in sales: calls analysed by a machine

Transcribing and analysing every call, extracting commitments, coaching reps on real recordings, working from triggers. What it gives a sales leader to have access to 100% of conversations instead of a random sample.

Vibe coding for non-programmers: a founder building his own tools

500 hours for the first project, and 15 minutes for a prototype today. A live demo: we build a working admin panel in front of the room. And where the line runs between «did it myself» and «needs a developer».

Company memory and knowledge base: making AI know your business

Why «we uploaded the documents into a chat» does not work, how memory is built in our system, what to do with terabytes of archive, and why autonomous agents still do not hold production.

Technical requirements

  • Microphone — headset or lavalier (both hands are needed for demos).
  • Projector or screen with HDMI/USB-C, 1920×1080 or better.
  • Reliable internet — the demos run live; without it only the slides remain.
  • For workshops — laptops for participants, tables and power sockets.
  • Recording the talk is possible; terms agreed in advance.

Fees and terms

Published as ranges rather than one number, because the fee depends on how deeply the talk is tailored to your industry, on the format, and on recording rights. Below is exactly what moves it, so nothing is a surprise later.

What moves the fee inside the range

Preparation
A talk from the catalogue sits at the lower bound. Researching your industry and rebuilding the examples around your processes is 10–20 hours of work before the event — that is the difference between the ends of the range.
Format
A talk costs less than a workshop: a workshop includes practice, review of participants' work and materials.
Audience
50 managers, 500 people in a hall and a board of directors are three different preparations, not one talk.
Logistics
Online → Kyiv → another city → abroad. Travel and accommodation are always separate and never part of the fee.
Recording rights
If we may record and publish it on our channel — lower bound, because we get the content. A closed event with no publishing rights — upper bound.
Exclusivity
Asking me not to speak for a direct competitor for several months is a separate premium.
Language
An English-language talk sits in the upper part of the range: more preparation.
Lead time
Less than 14 days before the event adds a coefficient — the whole calendar gets rearranged.

Included in every paid format

  • A 30-minute briefing call before the event
  • Examples adapted to your audience
  • Slides and live demos
  • Q&A
  • A materials link for participants after the event

When I speak for free

  • Business clubs and closed owner communities
  • Universities and student events in relevant fields
  • Charity and volunteer initiatives
  • Podcasts and media

Conditions

  • Open registration
  • Audience of 50 or more
  • Rights to record and publish the video on our channel
  • A slot of at least 20 minutes
  • It is not a closed corporate event
  • Travel and accommodation, if travel is required, covered by the organiser
