ChatGPT Business: −50% promo code and team pricing

In short

ChatGPT Business is OpenAI's paid tier for teams. There is no free version of it, but a referral code grants a discount equal to the price of one seat: on the minimum 2-seat order you effectively pay for one. The discount runs for up to 48 months while the subscription stays active. We hold a limited number of codes — one per company.

What is ChatGPT Business?

ChatGPT Business is the version of ChatGPT built for an organisation rather than one person. The key difference from a personal Plus plan is not the models but data handling and control: by default employee conversations are not used to train models, the team shares a workspace with common GPTs and files, and an admin can see members and grant or revoke access. In short, it is the version you can hand to your accountant, lawyer and salesperson without wondering where each document ended up.

What you get

The code grants a discount equal to one Standard seat. As seen in OpenAI's checkout in September 2026: 2 seats — €50.82/mo, promotion — minus €25.41, due — €25.41/mo. So on the minimum order you pay roughly half and get two working seats. Payment goes directly to OpenAI — we take no money and are not a party to the transaction. Full disclosure: this is a partner code (supplied by Softprom, an official distributor) and the project earns a partner commission from the distributor on orders placed through it. Your price is unaffected — the discount is exactly OpenAI's own promotional offer.

How to get access

  1. Click «Get a code» — our Telegram bot opens and hands you a personal referral link (one per company).
  2. Open the link and create or open your Business workspace on OpenAI's site.
  3. Pick at least 2 seats — that is the minimum order for Business.
  4. Pay OpenAI directly. On the payment screen check that a Promotion line with the discount is visible; if it is missing, do not pay — message us instead.
  5. Keep the subscription active: the discount lives only while the subscription is not cancelled.

ℹ️ A card is required to activate, but nothing is charged during the first 7 days. If it is not for you, cancel before day 7 and no payment is taken.

Questions and answers

Is ChatGPT Business free?

No. Only personal ChatGPT has a free tier; Business is paid per seat. The referral code does not make it free — it roughly halves the bill on the minimum order, because you pay for one seat out of two.

Why a minimum of 2 seats rather than one?

That is how the tier itself works: the minimum ChatGPT Business order is 2 Standard seats. The promotion is built on exactly that — it offsets the cost of the second seat. For a single person Business makes little sense; personal Plus is the plan for that.

How long does the discount last?

Up to 48 months — but that is the maximum, and only while the subscription stays active throughout. Cancel it and the promotion ends: unused months are not preserved, the same code will not work again, and re-subscribing does not restore the previous price.

How is Business different from ChatGPT Plus?

Plus is a single-person subscription. Business adds what an organisation needs: employee data is excluded from model training by default, the team shares a workspace with common agents and files, an admin controls access, and billing is one invoice for all seats instead of employees' personal cards.

Can we get several codes for one company?

No. One code covers one Business workspace activation, so we hand out one each. If you need more seats, that is not another code — it is simply a larger seat count on the same order, and the discount is still calculated as the price of one seat.

Is giving people ChatGPT access the same as adopting AI?

No, and this is the most common trap. Licences are only a tool; results come from the processes they are built into — which tasks are delegated, where the personal-data boundaries sit, how output quality is checked. Handing out access takes a day; changing how a team works does not.
